Our hair changes as we get older – it’s just biology.
So then why does the beauty industry either ignore us or give us one-size-fits-all solutions really designed for women in their 20s?
With the launch of Hair Biology, we’ve said "no more". We believe in the power of change and the experience that comes with it. With this in mind, we formulated products designed to work with our unique, changing hair biology, not fight against it.
How does our hair change as we age?
Just like skin, hair shows signs of aging:
Thinning as we age, we don’t just grow less hair, the diameter of each strand also thins.
Dryness Our scalp’s natural oil production can drop in half as we age, which makes our hair feel thirsty, coarse and dry from roots to ends.
Greying By our 50s, more than 90% of women have at least some grey hair, and one third of us want to show our greys off, not cover them up.
Hair quality hair flows like silk when each strand has a uniform shape, but as we age, time and damage can cause irregular hair shapes, giving us more frizz and flyaways.
Hair care made for change.
We designed our product lineup to help with these common signs of changing hair, so that you can wear your hair however YOU want.
